Mammootty and Jyotika are currently on a high with the massive success of their latest outing, Kaathal The Core. The family drama, which is helmed by talented filmmaker Jeo Baby, is now winning the hearts of audiences with its brave take on homosexuality and relationships.
Even though Kaathal The Core dealt with a serious theme, the cast and crew clearly had so much fun on sets. A recent location picture of Mammootty and leading lady Jyotika, which is now going viral on social media, confirms the same.

For the uninitiated, the legendary actor is also an excellent photographer, and possesses a great variety of cameras in his collection. Mammootty likes to click the pictures of his co-stars and other crew members during the breaks, when he is on film sets. As always, the megastar turned photographer for his Kaathal The Core team members.
In a recent picture which is now going viral on social media, Mammootty is seen showing the pictures in his camera, to leading lady Jyotika. Another picture of the popular actress, which is clicked by the senior actor, has also garnered the attention of the netizens, now. From the pictures, it is evident that the entire team of Kaathal The Core had a great time shooting for the Jeo Baby directorial.
Jyotika about working with Mammootty
Earlier, during a promotional interview of Kaathal The Core, Jyotika had stated that Mammootty is a very different from her previous co-star. The popular actor stated that the legendary actor is still ready to experiment and do different kinds of films, despite achieving so much in his 5-decades-long acting career. She added that this quality makes him ‘very special’.

Along with Mammootty and Jyotika, Kaathal The Core features an exceptional star cast including Sudhi Kozhikode, RS Panicker, Anagha Maya Ravi, Joji John, Muthumani Somasundaram, Chinnu Chandni, Alex Alister, late Kalabhavan Haneef, Josey Sijo, and others in the supporting roles.
The family drama is penned by Adarsh Sukumaran and Paulson Skaria. Salu K Thomas is the director of photography. Mathews Pulickan composed the music score. Kaathal The Core, which is produced by Mammootty himself, under the banner Mammootty Kampany, is reportedly set to have its OTT release on Christmas weekend.
