The iconic duo is set to play the lead roles in the much-awaited upcoming project, directed by editor-filmmaker, Mahesh Narayanan. The first schedule filming of the untitled film was wrapped up in Sri Lanka, a few days back. As per the reports, Mammootty and Mahesh Narayanan have now moved to the UAE, for the next schedule of their ambitious project.
As per the latest updates, Mammootty, director Mahesh Narayanan, and the cast and crew members of the untitled project have moved to the UAE, for the next schedule. The new updates have been confirmed after the megastar was spotted at the airport, as he jetted off to Dubai, to join the new schedule of the upcoming film. If the reports, the upcoming action thriller will be widely shot at the various spots of the UAE, while Sharjah is expected to the main location.
The project, which is tentatively named MMMN, is touted to be the costliest film ever made in the career of its leading man, Mammootty. Mohanlal is said to be playing a full-fledged role in the upcoming film, which stars the Bramayugam actor as the protagonist. The untitled film also features popular actors Fahadh Faasil and Kunchacko Boban, in the pivotal roles. A leading actress of the South film industry is said to be playing the female lead in the project.
The makers are yet to reveal the rest of the star cast of Mammootty and Mohanlal’s project. However, the recent updates suggest that Darshana Rajendran, Revathy, Siddique, Renji Panicker, and others are part of the film’s star cast. Manush Nandan, the popular Bollywood cinematographer is making his Malayalam cinema debut with the much-awaited. The entire filming of the Mahesh Narayanan directorial is expected to be wrapped up in a time span of over six months.
