To everyone's surprise, actors Sana Altaf and Hakim Shajahan tied the knot in a low-key ceremony today, May 17. They shared pictures of their marriage on social media to announce this exciting news. Based on the images, the two actors got married in a registry office wearing simple yet elegant outfits. Hakim was seen wearing a white shirt, while Sana was dressed in a plain white saree with a red border.

A surprise wedding!

With no big reveal or publicity, the actors shocked their fans by getting married. Despite the fact that Sana shared photos of herself with the actor on his birthday, their relationship remained a secret until the marriage was announced. The fans are anticipating more information about their relationship in the coming days.

All about Hakim Shajahan and Sana Althaf

Hailing from Thodupuzha, Hakim Shajahan made his acting debut in the Dulquer Salmaan-starrer ABCD. His collaboration with Prakkat persisted when he was appointed assistant director for the critically acclaimed film Charlie. Hakim has made several iconic appearances in films over the years, including Rakshadhikari Baiju Oppu, Priyan Ottathilanu, and Archana 31 Not Out.

His performances in the 2021 short film Freedom at Midnight and the 2023 film Pranaya Vilasam won him a lot of praise and strengthened his acting career. He was recently spotted playing the lead in Kadakan, and he has Oru Kattil Oru Muri and Krishand's SonyLiv series Sambhavavivaranam Nalarasangham lined up for release this year.

In Vikramadithyan, Sana Althaf made her film debut as Dulquer Salmaan's sister. In Mariyam Mukku, Sana portrayed Salome, the heroine of Fahadh Faasil. Audiences have responded favourably to her roles in Odiyan, Basheerinte Premalekhanam, and Rani Padmini. The Kakkanad native has achieved success not only in Malayalam cinema but also in Tamil cinema.
