Malaikottai Vaaliban, the Mohanlal starrer helmed by Lijo Jose Pellissery, is gearing up for a grand release on January 25, 2024. The films trailer is reportedly set to be out very soon.

Mohanlal, the Malayalam superstar is joining hands with the renowned filmmaker Lijo Jose Pellissery for his next outing, Malaikottai Vaaliban. The highly anticipated project, which is touted to be a period fantasy film, has been garnering the attention of Malayalam cinema audiences across the globe with its highly promising teaser and posters. Now, the sources close to Malaikottai Vaaliban have dropped a major update on its highly anticipated official trailer release date.

Malaikottai Vaaliban trailer gets a release date?

As per the latest updates, the makers of Malaikottai Vaaliban are planning to conduct a grand audio launch and promotional event for the project, in the third week of January 2024. Even though there are no official updates on the date so far, the grapevine suggests that the event is expected to be held on January 18, Thursday. Meanwhile, the team is also reportedly planning to reveal the highly anticipated Malaikottai Vaaliban trailer, on the same day.

Earlier, it was rumoured that director Lijo Jose Pellissery and his team are keen to release the official trailer on January 15, Monday, on the special occasion of Pongal 2024. But now, the sources close to the project suggest that chances for the same are very less. However, the makers are expected to officially announce the Malalaikottai Vaaliban trailer release and audio launch event, along with a brand-new poster of the film very soon.

Third single of Malaikottai Vaaliban to be revealed tomorrow

Meanwhile, Mohanlal took to his official social media handles and announced that the much-awaited third single of Malaikottai Vaaliban is releasing tomorrow (January 12, 20240). The song, which is titled ‘Madhabhara Mizhiyoram’ is composed by Prashant Pillai. More details on the song are expected to be revealed along with the lyrical video, tomorrow.

The grand release plans

The Malaikottai Vaaliban team is planning to have a massive release for the Mohanlal starrer, with a record number of screens both inside India and overseas. Even though earlier it was rumoured that the release of the Mohanlal starrer might get postponed, the cast and crew members rubbished the speculations with an official update, recently. The first show of the highly anticipated project is expected to begin at 6 AM on January 25, 2024.
