The poignant and soul-stirring track, Uchanthala Regaiyile the first single from Mysskin's much-awaited horror flick Pisasu 2 was released recently. The instantly likeable song, written by Kabilan and sung by Sid Sriram, has been composed by Karthik Raja. The makers of the film have now released a making song video which is nothing less than a treat for music lovers and fans of Mysskin and Sid Sriram.

The seven-minute video in which Mysskin explains his requirements to Sid and the recording team is another testimony to the filmmaker's passion towards filmmaking. The manner in which he asks Sid to tone down his voice at a few instances and the latter writing down the lyrics and former's suggestions are delight for music buffs.

The video also features Mysskin eagerly listening to Sid singing the track and a few BTS moments from the film's shooting at a hill station. Interestingly, the song reminds us of the track Neenga Mudiyuma from the director's previous outing Psycho (streaming on Netflix), which also has Sid Sriram lending his voice and Kabilan penning lyrics. Ilaiyaraaja had composed the beautiful melody from the thriller flick.

Produced by T Muruganantham under Rockfort Entertainment Pisasu 2 stars Andrea Jeremiah, Poorna and Santhosh Prathap in pivotal roles, apart from a cameo by Vijay Sethupathi. Siva Santhakumar has cranked the camera for the movie which has editing by Keerthana.

The first look of the movie was unveiled in August by Vetri Maaran and its shooting was wrapped up in September. The film is expected to hit the screens next year in both Tamil and Telugu. It was heard recently that Mysskin's next project, which is likely to have SJ Suryah and Vidharth in lead roles, will also be bankrolled by Muruganantham.
