Mafia: THIS is when the Prajwal Devaraj starrer will arrive in theatres

Actor Prajwal Devaraj and director Lohith H joined forces many moons ago for a gritty cop thriller called Mafia. As the title, the film is a crime drama at its heart with elements of the action and thriller genres, too, in place. Prajwal, known as the Dynamic Prince, will be seen in an alluring avatar as a police officer and the video teaser, which was released many months ago, shows that there is a bona fide commercial entertainer in store.

As per the latest developments, the team has successfully wrapped up the shoot of Mafia and is now gearing up for the much-awaited theatrical release. The latest is that the makers are eyeing a June 2023 release for the film but the exact date is yet to be finalized.

Prajwal's father and fellow actor Dynamic Star Devaraj, too, is part of the cast with J. Anoop Seelin's music being one of the highlights of the film. Mafia is produced under the Bangalore Kumar films banner.

Prajwal Devaraj and Lohith H are set to reunite for another intriguing project which has been described as a time-loop horror thriller. The project came to light back in November of 2022 and one is yet to hear more about its development, but it is likely that they will get started on the second collaboration (yet to be titled) once they see Mafia through to a theatrical release.
