Over the years, audiences have witnessed several intense and hard-hitting courtroom dramas on the big screen and in the web space. However, Rahul Pandey's Maamla Legal Hai promises to be a different courtroom drama story with a comical twist. The trailer for this Netflix series premiered today on YouTube and it offers a sneak peek into the world of the fictional Patparganj District Court. Ravi Kishan, Nidhi Bisht, Anand V Joshi, and others form the star cast of Maamla Legal Hai.

Netflix shared the official trailer for Maamla Legal Hai on YouTube as well as on social media. The trailer for this web show revolves around the story of lawyers who present their cases in the most humorous way possible. Overall, the mood of Maamla Legal Hai is lighthearted, and that stands as the highlight of the courtroom comedy.

Ravi Kishan plays the role of VD Tyagi, while Naila Grrewal will be seen as Ananya Shroff in this series. Nidhi Bisht, on the other hand, plays Sujata Negi, who hasn't handled a single case yet. However, she only wishes to have her own AC chamber. As for Anant V Joshi, he plays Vishwas Pandey, who considers himself Donna Paulson of Patparganj District Court, thereby giving a reference to the savvy secretary from Suits.

Meanwhile, in an official statement, Ravi Kishan said he is playing the character of a lawyer for the first time and he had a lot of fun while playing the part. The actor stated that he couldn't say no to Maamla Legal Hai because he could visualise the characters and their shenanigans.

For those who are unaware, Maamla Legal Hai has been produced by Amit Golani, Biswapati Sarkar, Sameer Saxena, and Saurabh Khanna. Sameer Saxena is also the showrunner and executive producer of the web show. Written by Saurabh Khanna and Kunal Aneja, Maamla Legal Hai will premiere on March 1, 2024.
