Maama Mascheendra: Sudheer Babu shines in a chiselled avatar in a dance video released on veteran star Krishna’s birthday

Actor Sudheer Babu, who is gearing up for the release of Mohanakrishna Indrakanti’s Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali, is also wrapping up his next, Maama Mascheendra, at a brisk pace. The action thriller, that marks the directorial debut of actor-writer Harshavardhan, is bankrolled by Narayan Das K Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sree Venkateswara Cinemas.

Maaya Mascheendra is simultaneously being made in Telugu and Hindi. Commemorating veteran star Krishna’s birthday (the actor’s father-in-law), a special dance video from the film was released today. In the video, a shirtless Sudheer Babu is in a chiselled avatar, at his athletic best, is grooving to a catchy tune in a bar. Chaitan Bharadwaj’s composition enhances the dance video’s impact by leaps and bounds.

One has to wait to know if this video is part of a song or will a brief dance portion in the film. It’s however clear Sudheer Babu has worked hard with his dance moves and one can’t wait to see what the film will offer audiences! The actor is cast in a multi-layered role in the film that’ll also feature notable senior actors in the industry. PG Vinda cranks the camera for the film. Sonali Narang and Srishti of Srishti Celluloid are the presenters.

Rajeev is the art director and Harshavardhan has written the story as well. Sudheer Babu’s last release, Sridevi Soda Center, is currently streaming on ZEE5. He has also committed to the biopic of badminton player Pullela Gopichand, to be directed by Praveen Sattaru.
