Lucky Baskhar - Dulquer Salmaan's crime thriller, directed by Venky Atluri, will hit the big screen on October 31 during Diwali. It will also be releasing in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Dulquer Salmaan's next film, Lucky Baskhar is among the highly anticipated projects of the pan-Indian star this year. However, it was postponed several times and now the makers have unveiled a new poster with a release date. The crime thriller, which is directed by Venky Atluri, will hit the big screen on October 31 during Diwali. It will also be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. Meanwhile, the latest poster also gives a glimpse into Baskhar's family.

Dulquer Salmaan's Lucky Baskhar which was earlier slated to release in September, was postponed as Jr NTR's much-awaited project, Devara Part 1, is releasing on September 27. The makers chose to release the movie in October rather than compete to with Jr NTR's big budget film.

It is reasonable to infer from the Lucky Baskhar teaser that Dulquer Salmaan and Venky Atluri are collaborating on a thriller with family entertainer aspects that takes place in a distinct era. The King of Kotha star is poised to dazzle his audience once more by taking on the role of a distinct character in the movie that has some murky areas. In this film, Dulquer is rumoured to be playing a 'lucky' banker who falls victim to a fraud and becomes extremely wealthy, only to find himself in a lot of trouble afterwards.

Cast and crew of Lucky Baskhar

In this movie, Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the key female role. Ayesha Khan, Hyper Aadi, and P Sai Kumar appear in supporting parts. Bombay Bank serves as the backdrop for Lucky Baskhar, which takes place in the 1980s. Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad served as the set for the entire movie.

GV Prakash is the composer of this movie's soundtrack and original score. Nimish Ravi is the cinematographer, while Navin Nooli is in charge of editing. The highly anticipated project has been bankrolled by Fortune Four Cinemas and Sithara Entertainments.
