Namma Veettu Pillai

Namma Veettu Pillai is headlined by Sivakarthikeyan and is a comedy action drama directed by Pandiraj. The film cemented the actor who appealed to the family audience, with ample amounts of comedy, sentiments, and drama. It also marked the third collaboration between Pandiraj and Sivakarthikeyan after Marina and Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga. The film revolves around a loving brother and sister duo. However, due to a situation, she has to get married to a man with whom the brother does not get along well. It stars Aishwarya Rajesh, Anu Emmanuel, Soori, Samuthirakani and others.

Raajavamsam

Raajavamsam is a 2021 family drama film directed by debutant KV Kathirvelu. The film stars M Sasikumar, Nikki Galrani, Radha Ravi, Yogi Babu, Sathish and Vijayakumar among others. It is about a man who visits his hometown to meet the girl he is about to get married, only to learn that she is in love with someone else.

Santhosh Subramaniam

Santhosh Subramaniam is a remake of the Telugu film Bommarillu and stars Jayam Ravi and Genelia in the lead roles. Directed by Mohan Raja, the film revolves an uptight father who does not allow his son to make decisions for himself. When one day the son falls in love with a happy-go-lucky girl and introduces her to him, the father asks her to stay at their home for sometime in order to make his son realise that she is not fit for him. The film stars Prakash Raj, MS Bhaskar, Santhanam and others.

Em Magan

Em Magan is a family drama centering around the dysfunctional relationship between an unempathetic and short-tempered father and his son who is scared at the sight of him. The film explores the family dynamics and how the son finally develops the courage to confront his father about his dictatorship. The film is directed by Thirumurgan and stars Bharath, Nasser, Vadivelu, Gopika, Saranya and others.

Aanandham

Aanandham is directed by Lingusamy and is a family drama starring Mammootty, Murali, Abbas, Devayani, Rambha, Sneha, Delhi Ganesh and Srividya. The film is about a closely-knit family of multiple siblings who live together with their partners. The film released in 2001 and opened to positive reception. It marked the directorial debut of Lingusamy.
