Seok-ryu’s big secret in Love Next Door is out. Everyone close to her knows that she had suffered from stomach cancer and it has relapsed, causing her severe stomach pain all of a sudden. As the plot moves forward, her childhood love (unconfessed from her side even now) Seung-hyo feels regret for all the times she called out for help but he did not take those signs and run to her. Here’s what will happen in the upcoming episode of Love Next Door…

Seung-hyo regrets missing signs of Seok-ryu asking for help

Jung Hae-in’s Seung-hyo regrets his decision and feels that he should have run to Jung So-min’s Seok-ryu. He remembers all the times she tried to reach out while facing the dark times alone and regrets missing them all.

Seok-ryu's mother, who also knows the secret (Seok-ryu’s stomach cancer), goes through her belongings and mentions that if a child is sick, the mother would go to Moon as well as Mars for them.

Mo-eum and Dan-ho’s story

Kim Ji-eun’s Mo-eum reminds Dan-ho (Yoon Ji-on) it is okay to cry and promises him to keep their secret. As always, much about their plot is not revealed.

Seung-hyo tells Seok-ryu it is okay to lean on close ones

Seung-hyo tells Seok-ryu that she has hurt the people who love her. "You don't know anything!," she retaliated, claiming he has no idea how she feels. As his response, he gives Seok-ryu a big hug and asks her to lean on people closest to her when things get tough.

Seok-ryu’s secret is out

Seok-ryu tried to keep everyone away from her dark life – when she had stomach cancer. Only her ex-fiance was aware of it. Now, Seung-hyo knows about it, and so does her family. They all get upset but eventually stand by her side, waiting to help her out in every way possible.
