The web series, created and helmed by Nishant Sharma and written by Abhishek Srivastava, will premiere on April 2 on the Youtube Channel of Alright!
Love stories are always tricky terrain to navigate, even more so when parents decide to get involved. This is the situation Anjali Barot and Parikshit Joshi find themselves in, in their new web series, Love Marriage. The trailer for the series was unveiled today, and gives viewers a glimpse into the chaos the love birds find themselves in.
Neha is an extroverted and strong willed young woman who is deeply in love with her boyfriend Kush, an introverted,soft spoken young man. The two get engaged and decide to make it official with their family. However, at their engagement ceremony, things go awry, as their families discover that the two are in a live-in relationship. This discovery causes a ruckus between the couple’s families, who, blissfully unaware of the nature of their relationship, had thought that they were ‘arranging’ the couple’s marriage. Neha and Kush must now jump over these unexpected hurdles to their union and subvert their family’s expectations, and it remains to be seen if their love is strong enough to endure the ruckus that ensues.

Scam 1992 star Barot stars as Neha, while Joshi essays the role of Kush. The upcoming series was created by Nishant Sharma, who has also directed the show. Abhishek Srivastava has penned the series script, while Sahil Verma serves as the show’s executive producer. The series has been produced by Rusk Media.
The first episode of Love Marriage will premiere on April 2, on Alright! ‘s Youtube Channel.
