Have you ever wanted to get stuck in a fun time looop! Well Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin are stuck in one and it’s not fun for them but certainly dangerous. Netflix has just unveiled the trailer of Looop Lapeta, which follows the life of Savi (Taapsee), who has to save her boyfriend Satya (Tahir) from a crime lord.
The trailer begins with Taapsee reminiscing about her life with her beau Tahir in the film. While cleaning up her beau's wound, the actress tells the actor to stop going to the casino. However, he doesn't listen to her and loses Rs 50 lakhs on gambling that belongs to someone else. The video further chronicles how Savi tries to run to different places to save his boyfriend, however in the middle of the thrilling events the latter dies.
Meanwhile, the actress wakes up in the next scene to find the actor alive and surrounded by the same situation as yesterday. She soon understands that it’s a time loop and she has got another chance to save the love of her life. The day begins and Savi runs to save Satya again but would she be able to?

The adaptation of the German movie Run Lola Run, Looop Lapeta seems a fun and interesting film to wait for and marks the first feature directorial of Aakash Bhatia.
Talking about her upcoming film, Taapsee said in a recent statement, “Looop Lapeta is a film that will always be very close to my heart. I fell in love with the characters and the story the moment I read the script! The film is about the choices that Savi makes and how her decisions carve out her journey with the one she loves. A perfect combination of comedy and thriller.”
Expressing his excitement about the same, Tahir mentioned in a statement that the adrenalin rush of Satya and Savi’s rollercoaster ride against time.
