What is the cast of LOL Salaam?

LOL Salaam is a Telugu show starring Bharadwaj (John), Srinivas Reddy (Khan), Darahas Mathur (Naidu), Kivish Kautilya (Reddy), Rohit Krishna Varma (Varma), Pavan Kumar (Babai), Padmini Settam (Sahasya), Praveena (Supraja), Gayathri (Swarna), Aishwarya Bala, Harshavardhan and Vasu Inturi in key roles, has been created and directed by Naani (not to be confused with the actor). The show will begin streaming from midnight of June 25 on ZEE5. The principal photography of the project commenced in 2020 after the lockdown. The series is introducing over 40 newcomers, including its five lead actors.

What is LOL Salaam about?

The show revolves around a group of five friends whose plans for a dream holiday go awry. While their car breaks down, one of the friends unwittingly steps on a landmine, only to be caught amidst a vile political conspiracy. LOL Salaam is a lighthearted take on a serious issue and has been shot extensively amid dense forests. The ending of the trailer pompously reads, 'The biggest laughter ride of the season.'

The music score for LOL Salaam has been composed by Ajay Arasada, the cinematography by Rakesh S Narayanan and the edits by Venkat Krishna Chikkaala. The teaser and the trailer (by actor Nani, garnering around 3 lakh views at the time of posting) were launched across multiple social media handles recently. ZEE5's recent releases in Telugu are Rang De, Loser, Meka Suri, Shootout at Alair, Room No. 54 and Battala Ramaswamy Biopikku.
