Loki season 2 new promo

Loki season 2 makers have been keeping the Marvel fans busy with the exciting and intriguing promo videos before the release of the show. After unveiling the newest character of the MCU series named O.B. (played by the Everything Everywhere All at Once fame Ke Huy Quan), the creators have now dropped a new promo video giving a glimpse into the Tom Hiddleston starrer ahead of its premiere.

The new promo

The latest promo begins with Loki (Hiddleston) explaining to someone how he has been unknowingly pulled through times several times and has learnt about the darkest hour in the future that is all set to destroy the world he knows. Meanwhile, Mobius (Owen Wilson) enters the montage and embarks on a journey with his TVA pal to find out the solution to the inevitable disaster. Meanwhile, the investigative agent of particularly dangerous time criminals in TVA also steps out into space with a malfunctioned spacesuit with the help of O.B. (Quan) to avoid the upcoming destruction.

The makers dropped the latest promo on Disney Plus Hotstar's YouTube channel and reminded the cinephiles that Loki Season 2 will arrive soon in its latest caption which reads, "In 1 week, Loki returns. (sic)."

In the first season, Loki ended up in TVA after he stole the Tesseract during the events of Avengers: Endgame and was detained to serve jail time as a time criminal. Meanwhile, the upcoming instalment will see him teaming up with Mibius and other crucial agents to save TVA. Directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, the MCU series also features Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Tara Strong and Jonathan Majors in key roles. Loki Season 2 will be out on October 5 in the US, while in India, the first episode will be released on October 6 at 6 a.m. IST on Disney+ Hotstar.
