Lock Upp: Poonam Pandey says this about not fulfilling her promise to strip after India won the 2011 World Cup

The actress talks about how her husband Sam Bombay used to drink from morning and beat her up.

Kangana Ranaut-led Lock Upp premiered on Saturday night. Among other celebrities, the controversy queen Poonam Pandey entered the show with a breathtaking dance performance on some peppy tracks including Doobey from Gehraiyaan.

The model turn actress promised people that she would strip after India won the 2011 World Cup but didn't fulfil her commitment, which created quite a controversy around the country. However, in an earlier interview, the sensational celebrity mentioned that she enjoyed all the stir that her statement created.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, while entering Lock Upp, when Poonam was asked why she made such a bold statement, to which she replied that she will answer everything inside the show.

The Nasha actress recently talked about another controversial event of her life in the show. In the last episode, during a game of Truth and Dare, Karanvir asks Poonam if she loved her husband Sam Bombay. She agrees and says that she doesn't hate him at this point but doesn't like him either. Poonam further explains how he would ask her to be in the same room as him. She would often tell him that she wants to go on the terrace for two minutes and further reveals that she wasn't allowed to touch her phone in her own house.

The actress reveals she was beaten up for loving her dogs and sleeping with them over him. "Is that a reason to get a bloody brain-haemorrhage," she asks Karanvir. He further questions how long it took for Poonam to get out of the relationship and she says it's happening for four years. The actress said that she would get hit on the same spot again and again. When Payal asks if he beat her up out of insecurity, Poonam says she doesn't want to talk about somebody else at this point. She, however, reveals that he started drinking from 10 am till night. The actress further added that the staff would get scared and leave by night, leaving the two alone.
