Lock Upp: Payal Rohatgi makes Islamophobic comments, spits on Zeeshan Khan

Kangana Ranaut's Lock Upp has seen immense fights and arguments between the contestants about many sensitive issues. However, the recent spat between Zeeshan Khan and Payal Rohatgi went too far and it turned everyone inside the turned against the latter. The makers use to play normal news of the day inside the house as the players do not have access to their mobile phones or any sort of gadgets. In the latest episode, a huge discussion built up between Payal and Zeeshan regarding the news about the demand for a ban on halal meat in Karnataka.
During the ongoing spat, the live audience, makers and all the contestants inside the show saw Payal making Islamophobic comments against Zeeshan Khan and calling him a terrorist. Her remarks triggered everyone inside the jail, which turned the rest of the housemates against the Dhol actress.

Makers have also shared a quick montage of the argument on Instagram. The video shows the news related to the Halal meat ban sparked a conversation between Payal and the Bigg Boss 15 contestant. Moving on, the discussion became much more intense when she made some Islamophobic comments on the show. During the quarrel, Zeeshan asked the Bollywood actress what does she know about his religion. Amid the ongoing spat, Payal told the television not to spit while talking and she spit back at him.
After that, Nisha Agarwal accused her of spitting on Zeeshan purposely. Meanwhile, Munawar Faruqui said that he would leave the show if Payal is on it. In the end, Kangana came into the frame and told the Tauba Tauba actress that she should not have hurt the ex- BB15 contestant the way she did.
