Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming reality show Lock Upp’s trailer is all set to release soon. After the teaser, the trailer’s date and time is out. This series’ trailer is slated to release on February 16.

The makers are hosting a grand trailer launch in Delhi, where they will be unveiling the trailer of the show among the media personalities. Kangana Ranaut and Ekta Kapoor among others are going to present the trailer to the media at 12 pm and simultaneously reveal the clip on YouTube.

The viewers can watch Lock Upp trailer on Alt Balaji and MX Player’s YouTube channel post 12 pm. The clip is likely to reveal who all are going to participate in the show hosted by Kangana.

What is Lock Upp all about?

Lock Upp is a reality show just like Bigg Boss. Here, Kangana will be hosting the show and taking the class of those celebrities who will be locked up in one place for 75 days. In Bigg Boss, the celebrities are locked up for 100 days or more. Moreso, the Salman Khan-hosted show depends on audience votes for eviction. However, Ekta promises that Kangana’s show will see her have the power to evict contestants. The show will host 16 contestants in total, as revealed from the teaser.

Ekta Kapoor had first backed Kangana for their film Mental Hai Kya, whose title had changed to Judgementall Hai Kya. The film, which starred Rajkummar Rao in the lead role, is a black comedy. Ekta and Kangana are collaborating again after the 2019 film’s release.

Who are the contestants?

While there is no confirmation on the contestants so far, Shehnaaz Gill and Rohman Shawl’s names have been linked to the show. It is to be noted that Shehnaaz became popular after working in Bigg Boss 13.

How to watch Lock Upp?

Lock Upp will be available to Alt Balaji’s paid users and MX Player users from February 27. The show will be streamed live 24x7. In the teaser, Kangana promised that she would be controlling the celebrities’ behaviour and so, the real concept of the show is still unknown and should be clearer post the trailer’s release.
