Lock Upp: Did Ali Merchant pull Anjali Arora’s t-shirt? Here’s what she, Poonam Pandey said
Lock Upp - Ali Merchant, Anjali Arora.

Ali Merchant is having a tough time in Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp. After being accused of masturbating in the washroom, he was now accused of pulling Anjali Arora’s t-shirt. Anjali and Poonam Pandey scolded him for doing so. Here’s what exactly happened…

Chaos during a task

Team Blue members had just stolen Team Orange’s coins and were protecting them in order to win the task. Anjali had taken the bag full of coins, when Ali, from Team Orange, tried to take it from her. Anjali had held the coins close to her upper body. Ali tried to steal the bag but just then, Poonam dropped in. Before one could realize, Anjali and Poonam screamed at Ali and accused him of trying to pull Anjali’s t-shirt. He wanted to pull the bag that Anjali was holding.

Not the first argument between Anjali, Poonam and Ali

Day 30 in Lock Upp began with Anjali and Poonam accusing Ali of trying to steal Anjali’s hair dryer, while ‘plotting with’ the newest wild card entrant Zeeshan Khan. In reality, Azma Fallah had taken the dryer and hidden it where Mandana Karimi kept her clothes for drying. Eventually, Mandana found the dryer and instantly understood who hid it.

As the day comes to an end, Anjali shakes Ali’s hand and apologizes. He does too.

Both Ali and Anjali apologized to each other for their behaviour in the house as the day came to an end. She initiated a hand shake and told Ali that he probably did not have bad intentions. She told him that she wants to get to know him better. When Ali says he is a good guy, she agrees to it and says, “I know that.” Anjali simply asked Ali to control his words and not go personal. She also hinted that he should not get influenced by or involve others, especially the new entrants, when it comes to the old inmates.
