American Indian actor-dancer Sonia Rathee is quite popular for her dance numbers on 90s Bollywood hits on social media. It was a step forward in her career when she got to co-star with Sidharth Shukla on the web show Broken But Beautiful 3.

Speaking to Hindustan Times, the 25-year-old actress shared her insights about success. She believes being oneself is the necessary ingredient for success, which one should nurture by self. She further added that stressing about working hard for everything is not a way to be successful. One should rather sit back, take a deep breath, relax and have fun. Sometimes, it is important to believe that success will follow if, it needs to, she said optimistically.

If there is one thing that Sonia would like to do differently in her life, that's focusing less on the future and, staying in the present. She believes in celebrating even smaller successes coming her way.

Before her debut in acting, she worked as the production designer in short films titled Seeking Mr Brown (2014) and The Rat (2015). She is also an active YouTuber and social media user, who makes stunning dance videos. She would like to say a word to her followers too, which is to put their phones down and enjoy and be present, wherever they are.

Considering the demands of the industry, every actor is expected to stay fit and in shape. However, the actress says she doesn't have a particular fitness routine. But she ensures that she doesn't miss dancing and runs whenever she can. Signing off, she urged everyone to work on themselves. Neither anyone will do it for one another, nor anyone can wait around for things to happen, “go out there and get it done”, she said.
