This is Karan's back-to-back reality show win since picking up the trophy for Rohit Shetty-hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 (both Bigg Boss 18 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 can be streamed on JioCinema via OTTplay Premium). Karan Veer Mehra's journey to Bigg Boss 18 trophy has been nothing less than filmy. Being a Delhi boy, he came to Mumbai with a dream to be an actor and while he found friends almost instantly, Karan Veer had his major share of downfalls too. Initially Karan Mehra, he added Veer to his name on his grandmother's request - to honour his late grandfather.

Karan Veer Mehra's most popular works remain on TV. He started his acting journey with the super popular TV show Remix, which aired in 2005 and became an instant rage among the youth. Other shows to his credit remain Pavitra Rishta, Virrudh, Sati... Satya Ki Shakti and Hum Ladkiyan.

The actor was married to his Delhi neighbour aka childhood crush Devika Mehra in 2009 but nine years down the line, they separated. He found love again after three years and married his co-star Nidhi Seth in 2021 but their marriage also lasted just two years. Karan's most recent public love interest is his Bigg Boss 18 co-contestant Chum Darang. He has shown interest in her and said so openly, but there's yet to be an official proposal for the two to be a couple and get their families' approval.
