Thinkerbell Labs
This company produced a groundbreaking tool named Annie, which helps visually-impaired people to learn how to read, write and type with braille by themselves. It also features an app whereby teachers can offer guidance to students trying to learn the same. The company was founded in 2016 and Bansal invested Rs 50 lakh for a 1% stake.
Find Your Kicks India
Founded by Danish Chawla and Simardeep Singh in 2020, the company is a platform where people can buy and sell premium sneakers and apparel, acting as a connector between sellers and buyers. For 5% equity, Bansal invested Rs 10 lakhs.
RoadBounce
This startup helps travellers to navigate the conditions of roads through their road monitoring app, which also provides users with information about different parameters of the road. It was founded in 2016 by Ranjeet Deshmukh. Bansal invested Rs 80 lakhs for a 20% equity in the company.
AAS Vidyalaya
Anytime Anywhere School or AAS Vidyalaya is touted to be the country’s first completely online schooling service. The company aims to increase accessibility of education. Through its platform, students who cannot physically attend classes can access them anytime during the day in online mode. For a stake of 5%, Bansal invested Rs. 50 lakhs. The company was founded by Vikas Kakwani.
Sunfox Technologies
Founded in 2016 by Rajat Jain, Nitin Chandola, Sabit Rawat and Saurabh Badola, Sunfox Technologies is a company that manufactures ECG devices. Titled Spandan, the company’s device was created making use of AI and other engineering innovations. Bansal invested Rs 20 lakhs for 1.2% stake.
Hair Originals
Hair Originals was founded by Ashish Tiwari, Jitendra Sharma and Piyush Wadhwani in 2018. The company provides its customers with hair extensions made with 100% Indian remy hair, unprocessed hair donated by donors. For a 1.3% equity, the company received Rs 20 lakhs in investment from Bansal.
KG Agrotech
This agritech company manufactures multipurpose bicycles which can aid farmers in various activities such as seeding and spraying of pesticides. It was founded by Kamlesh Nanasaheb Ghumare, and he received a funding of Rs 20 lakhs for 40% equity from Bansal.
InACan
This startup provides ready to serve cocktails in cans, and is touted to be one of the first companies offering such a product. The low calorie cocktails are canned in the company’s own distilleries. Founded by Viraj Sawant and Sameer Mirajkar in 2020, Bansal invested Rs 20 lakhs for a 2% stake in the company.
Insurance Samadhan
Founded by Deepak Bhuvneshwari Uniyal, Shailesh Kumar and Shilpa Arora in 2016, the company provides help to users to deal with complaints related to insurance, such as a lapsed insurance policies, case settlements and claiming recovery. Bansal invested Rs 1 crore for 4% equity.
Isak Fragrances
As the name suggests, Isak Fragrances provides its customers with attar and artisanal perfumes and fragrances. It was founded in 2017 by Vidushi Vijayvergiya and makes use of all natural ingredients to manufacture their products. Bansal provided an investment of Rs 50 lakhs for 50% equity.
