The iconic actor-director duo of Malayalam cinema, Mammootty and Joshiy delivered one of their best films in 1992, with Kauravar. Kannada superstar Vishnuvardhan made an extended cameo appearance in the role of police officer Haridas IPS, who adopts Antony’s daughter. Kauravar still remains one of the finest gangster films ever produced in the Malayalam cinema.
