Dhill is an action film revolving around a man who aspires to become a police officer. However, a chain of events leads to his girlfriend getting harassed by a drunken cop, leading to a tussle. The rest of the story is how the cop takes revenge against the protagonist, sabotaging his career.

Deiva Thirumagal

Deiva Thirumagal features Vikram as a mentally challenged father who adores and raises his little daughter. However, after the late mother’s family files a petition at the court to take custody of the daughter, the film follows the father’s limited but almighty efforts to reunite with his daughter. The film is a remake of the 2001 American film I Am Sam.

Pithamagan

In Pithamagan, Vikram convincingly plays the role of an undertaker, impacted by autism, who grew up far from civilisation, rendering him speechless and more barbaric. However, after he gets in touch with a petty criminal who brings him to his home and nurtures, they share a bond that can never be broken. As fate has it, the film follows the undertaker's revenge after certain men finish off the criminal. The film won Vikram a National Film Award in the Best Actor category.

Dhool
