OTT premieres of several eagerly awaited Malayalam films are happening this week (September 9–September 15). Some films will also be screened on big screens this week, coinciding with the start of the Onam holidays. The following is a list of the films that will be available this week.

Thalavan - Sony LIV (September 10)

For most of the movie, CI Jayashankar and SI Karthik, two police officers, are in conflict with one another. But when a corpse is discovered in Jayashankar's home and he is accused of murder, things take a shocking turn. The main enigma of the movie is whether Jayashankar is indeed at fault or if he is just a target of somebody's wrath. The film provides an amazing investigative thriller experience with a captivating story and excellent acting.

Nunakuzhi - ZEE5 (September 13)

Unexpected income tax inquiry entangles Eby Zacharia in trouble. However, things take a chaotic turn when he encounters a group of police officers, a "deceased" dentist, a broken couple, and a movie star. The majority of the movie is centered on how humorously each of them handles these issues.

Vishesham - Amazon Prime Video (September 10)

At the start of the movie, Shyju Bhakthan, a middle-aged guy, is searching for his soulmate. After being married to Sajitha, the couple faces yet another challenge: starting a family. But family pressure and social stigma compel them to visit multiple facilities for care. The main focus of the film is their battle with all of the shame and mental anguish. Chinnu Chandni and Anand Madhusoodanan play the key characters in this family drama.

Ajayante Randam Moshanam - Theatrical (September 12)

The major characters in the film are Maniyan, Kunjikelu, and Ajayan; they are all purportedly attempting to save the richest fortune in the region. For the first time in his career, Tovino plays three roles in this big-budget historical drama. Surabhi Lakshmi, Basil Joseph, Aishwarya Rajesh, and Krithi Shetty all have supporting roles.

Kishkindha Kaandam - Theatrical (September 12)

The story is set in Kallepathi, an area surrounded by lush greenery. Asif Ali and Vijayaraghavan play a father and son with a strained relationship. Aparna, the young woman staying with them, appears to be a curious person. All in all, the teaser presents some intriguing moments with the mystery surrounding the primary characters.

Kondal - Theatrical (September 13)

According to the teaser, the movie is about Manuel, a former Gulf survivor who is now an alcoholic. The narrative takes place in a coastal town. It is clear that Kondal portrays a struggle that eventually escalates into a more serious conflict between the main character and a group of influential locals. In this film, Antony Varghese plays the lead role.
