While the previous week had Basil Joseph and Nazriya Nazim's Sookshmadarshini releasing on Disney+ Hotstar much to the joy of fans of Malayalam cinema, the upcoming week from January 13 to 19, 2025 - that also happens to be the Pongal and Sankranthi week - has a host of releases from the industry, both on OTT as well as theatres.

While Joju George's directorial debut Pani will finally drop on OTT, Premalu duo's I Am Kathalan is all set to release on Manorama Max. In theatres too, two big films are releasing, along with Asif Ali's Rekhachithram. Here's the entire list of new and latest Malayalam OTT, theatre releases this week:
