The first schedule of the film spanning 34 days was completed yesterday
The first schedule of Aishwarya Rajinikanth's upcoming film Lal Salaam has been wrapped up. The team recently completed an extensive schedule spanning 34 days. The film's production house has dropped a video in which the entire team is celebrating the schedule wrap with a cake-cutting ceremony. The film, which stars Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth, is a sports drama. Interestingly, both the actors are avid cricketers in real life as well and are a regular at the Celebrity Cricket League.

Vishnu Vishal has been in complete awe of the film's director Aishwarya and had recently shared a post in appreciation for her. He had written on his social media handle, "A beautiful road leads to a beautiful journey and a wonderful destination #LalSalaam Thankss to my director @ash_rajinikanth for making this as one of my most memorable journeys….She is in full control :) (sic)."
Aishwarya Rajinikanth has been dropping pictures from the set from time to time. She had last seen dropped a BTS picture from a temple and had captioned it, "Happens to be a Friday ..early start and shooting in an age old Amman temple …can call it coincidence or sometimes I believe god has her own sweet small ways of communicating with her child#blessingsindisguise #lovemyjob (sic)."
While the music for the film is by AR Rahman, the film is bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
The film has Superstar Rajinikanth making a cameo and it looks like the Jailer star will be joining the sets in one of the forthcoming schedules. In the meantime, the actor is currently busy working on Nelson Dilipkumar's next, in which plays Muthuvel Pandian, a jailer.
The film's star cast includes Shiva Rajkumar, Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, Tamanaah, Yogi Babu, Vinayakan, Vasanth Ravi to name a few. Music for the film is by Anirudh Ravichander, marking his third collaboration with the Superstar after Petta and Darbar. The film is bankrolled by Sun Pictures.
