Naga Shaurya starrer Lakshya is getting ready for its theatrical release after a lot of OTT release speculations. Now the latest news about the sports drama is about its certification.
Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, the makers of the movie, have revealed that the movie has been certified with a clean U, making it appropriate for all ages. The news, which was shared on their social media handle, came with a new poster for the movie.
Lakshya comes with a lot to offer, with the movie being one of the first of its kind, focusing on the ancient sport of archery. While plot details about the movie is not known, it is understood from the teaser that the movie will follow Shaurya’s Pardhu, a prolific archer who strives for a chance at redemption, after having his life and career slip out of his hands.
Lakshya is produced under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Northstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd by Narang Das K Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao and Sharrath Marar.
The movie is written and directed by Santhossh Jagarlapudi and also features Jagapathi Babu, Ketika Sharma and Sachin Khedekar in important roles.
Shaurya has also gone through an intense training regime to achieve his look for the movie, which is another reason to excite the fans for the upcoming sports drama. Lakshya is set to release in theatres on December 10.
