Lakshmi Manchu joins cast of Mohanlal’s action entertainer, Monster

Mohanlal last week announced his upcoming action entertainer directed by Vysakh and Udaykrishna with a first look poster. The latest news about the movie is about another actor who will partner Mohanlal.
Telugu actor Lakshmi Manchu is the star who will be joining Mohanlal in the movie. The actor shared the news through her social media handle.
Manchu said that she is “super duper excited” for her first Malayalam movie with Mohanlal. Manchu also added that she can't wait to share the project and that she is having the best time at the movie’s shoot.
The reports about Manchu having joined the filming were making the rounds yesterday. The actor also addressed this in her Twitter post, which has confirmed the news to all her fans.
The Mohanlal starrer, which is titled Monster revealed in its first look poster that the star will play Lucky Singh. He was also seen in the poster wearing a turban while holding a gun.
The movie will be Mohnalal’s second collaboration with Vyshakh after their blockbuster hit Pulimurugan. Deepak Dev is the music composer while Satheesh Kurup and Shameer Mohammed will serve as the cinematographer and editor respectively.
The movie is backed by Aashirvad Cinemas and Antony Perumbavoor had stated that the next few Mohanlal movies including Monster will have an OTT release.
Manchu was last seen in Pitta Kathalu the Telugu anthology film which consisted of four short films. The movie released on Netflix.
