The Singapore-based artist has come down heavily on the show's team in the video and long post she has come up with
Lady Kash
Looks like Hip hop artist and songwriter Lady Kash aka Kalaivani's video on bidding adieu to the adventure realty show Survivor which is streaming on Zee5, has opened a Pandora's box. The video she has uploaded on her YouTube channel has her informing her fans that she was neither eliminated nor has she quit the show. Talking from Zanzibar island where the show is currently happening, she said there is eight more days for the show to be wrapped up, but a few serious issues made her decide not to be a part of the show anymore.
She said, "I'm quite disappointed with the way certain things have happened here. And I felt I should share my experiences with you guys. I will be back to Chennai soon. I need all your love, support and prayers. I will ensure that I will fight against those who indulged in several wrong things. They will surely face the consequences for their wrong-doings."
Later, she put up a long post and pinned it on her YouTube channel's comment section. According to her, three contestants in the show were tested positive for COVID-19. Despite feeling ill, the show's team never bothered to test her initially, and only when the host insisted, they did a COVID-19 test on her, and the result was negative. However, Kash wasn't convinced as she was suffering from all the symptoms a positive person had. With no proper facility to recuperate and non-cooperation of the team with regard to contacting family members, Kash said she went through a lot of troubles. She added that the organizers gave her two options; participate in the game or quit the show for once and all.
Despite being in the show for 45 days and chosen as one among the top 8 players, Kash said the organizers were completely insensitive to all her requests when she was physically and mentally ill. Her post read, "Till date, not a single phone call or text message has been sent to me, to check if I am even alive or had made it to Zanzibar airport and back to Chennai safely. In line with my belief that truth and justice will always prevail, I hope to have your support while my team, my family and I undertake this journey to fight the uncountable (and unaccounted) acts of injustice and harassments that happens in Indian reality TV shows, such as what has occurred to me."
