L2 Empuraan, one of the most anticipated upcoming projects in Malayalam cinema, is now nearing the final stages of its production. The movie, which marks the reunion of popular actor-director duo Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran, is gearing up for a grand release in 2025. As per the recent updates, the multi-faceted talent and his team recently wrapped up Gujarat schedule of the film. The team has moved to a new location now, without taking a schedule break.

L2 Empuraan Gujarat schedule wrapped up

Prithviraj Sukumaran recently took to his official social media handles and announced the Gujrat schedule wrap, with a special post. “L2E #Empuraan Guj ——> Hyd. A 1400kms shift, 12 hr turn around time, one hell of a team!,” wrote the director, who is so proud of his team’s hard work and dedication, on his X (formerly Twitter) post. Prithviraj’s announcement has left the Mohanlal fans and cine-goers, who were eagerly waiting for an update on L2 Empuraan, highly excited.

L2 Empuraan Hyderabad schedule

As the actor-director mentioned in his post, the next schedule for the upcoming Mohanlal starrer has started rolling in Hyderabad. Due to the delay in the planned schedules, Director Prithviraj Sukumaran and his team reportedly decided not to go for a schedule break this time. Some unconfirmed reports suggest that the makers decided to cancel the Abu Dhabi schedule owing to time constraints, and are planning to shoot those portions at the Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad, instead.

As per the reports, the Hyderabad schedule of the film will be wrapped up in a few days. Later, the actor-filmmaker and his team are planning to shift to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, for the upcoming schedule. The recent updates suggest that around four days of shoot has been planned in the Capital city, for the Mohanlal starrer. Meanwhile, some unconfirmed reports suggest that L2 Empuraan first glimpse video might get revealed on October 16, 2024, on the occasion of Prithviraj’s birthday.
