Krishna Bhatt is currently making news post the release of her latest web series Sanak-Ek Junoon on MX Player. The daughter of ace director Vikram Bhatt seems to have an unparalleled sense of creativity passed down by her father. In an official statement, she shone light on some tricks of filmmaking that she learned from her father.

Krishna Bhatt said that she was able to learn a lot about writing as well as direction from him. She was able to understand the strategy behind managing the actors and shaping them up to fit into the shoes of their characters. She was also able to grasp the style of storytelling and even get the nuances of filmmaking right. “He’s very calm and composed, whatever the situation be, and that’s something that I learn from him every single day,” she divulged while talking about Vikram Bhatt.

Talking about Sanak-Ek Junoon, it marks the collaboration of the father-daughter duo. The series was written by Vikram Bhatt and helmed by Krishna Bhatt. Presented by Mahesh Bhatt and the Raaz director, the latest thriller web series revolves around the lives of two small-town ambitious couples who hope to live a luxurious lifestyle but end up getting embroiled in a series of dreadful affairs.

Sanak-Ek Junoon comprises an ensemble cast of Rohit Bose Roy, Aindrita Ray, Pawan Chopra, Rushad Rana, Rishi Deshpande, Antara Banerjee, Amaara Sangam, Tasneem Ali and Harpreet Jatail in pivotal roles.
