Producer-actor RK Suresh will be appearing as the protagonist in his latest movie titled Kottai Muni. The first look of the movie was unveiled by Arya recently.
The new poster of Kottai Muni features RK Suresh who looks like he is having a heartfelt moment with a horse. The significance of this will be uncovered soon after the makers reveal more updates.
Kottai Muni is helmed by the debutant director Ilaya Prabhakaran and backed by Dream Light Pictures of Singapore N Habib. Talking about the team of the upcoming RK Suresh starrer, AMM Karthikeyan has taken up the camera work for the movie along with Nelson Anthony as the editor. The soundtrack of the movie will be composed by MS Pandian and the lyrics will be penned by P. Karuppaiya.
Kottai Muni also features Arunthathi Nair (of Saithan fame), Saravanasakthi, Rajasimhan, Ravi, Sachu, Thamu, Muthuraman and Thirumurugan among others in pivotal roles.
According to a Behindwoods report, Kottai Muni is expected to be a period drama set in the eighties which is set in the areas of Rameshwaram, Vedaranyam and Nagapattinam of Tamil Nadu. The movie is also expected to feature deep sea fighting scenes that will be shot in a new and extensive technology.
Talking about RK Suresh, more buzz started rounding around him on social media since he announced developing a sequel to the popular Vijay Sethupathi starrer, Dharmadurai. Details on whether the original team of the movie will return to the sequel will be confirmed soon.
Kottai Muni is touted to hit the big screens in the summer of 2022. More details on the RK Suresh starrer will be announced soon.
