While Janhvi has previously been on this infamous chat show, the episode marked her little sister Khushi Kapoor’s debut. With lots of sibling revelry and rivalry, both professionally and personally, the Kapoor daughters also talked about grief after their doting mother and Bollywood’s legendary actress Sridevi passed away suddenly. The entire episode was brimming with vibes as the sister duo spilled some beans on various aspects. In a candid discussion over the debut film of Khushi Kapoor's The Archies, Janhvi Kapoor surprisingly revealed that their proud father got hyperemotional as he cried for three days straight after watching his little daughter perform magically on screen. Boney Kapoor’s teary reaction
In a candid conversation, Karan Johar asked about the first reaction of Boney Kapoor and his hyperemotional moment when his younger daughter Khushi Kapoor debuted with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies.
Khushi Kapoor confessed, "Yeah, he cried. He was a bit emotional." The elder sister then surprisingly revealed that their father almost cried for three days for Khushi Kapoor and it was different.‘’
Janhvi Kapoor quipped and said, "A bit? I think he cried for three days. He wouldn't stop."
"I would get random messages from him saying, 'You are so good, beta,' and it was really cute and sweet,” Khushi added.

The sisters also spilled the beans on how Khushi is the favourite child of Boney Kapoor and is always in the centre. The stars recalled how everyone in the family now made peace with the honest facts, like the elder siblings, Anshula and Arjun Kapoor.
Later in the episode, the conversation shifted to the exciting debut story of producer Boney Kapoor in the Ranbir Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor starrer Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar as the former’s Punjabi father.
