Koffee With Karan 7 Episode 8: When Shahid Kapoor made Kiara Advani wait 8 hours before filming a scene in Kabir Singh

On Koffee with Karan Karan Johar has a talent for bringing out the real side of famous people. It holds true for his future show as well, which will include Shahid Kapoor and actor pal Kiara Advani on the couch. Advani admitted things between them did not always go well in production. According to reports, Kapoor had her wait hours before filming a sequence.

She recalls bitch-slapping Shahid in her brain in a clip from the Disney+ Hotstar offering. Advani sneered that she had been filming for three or four days. Because there was a disagreement about the footwear Shahid would wear in the following scene, she was forced to wait for eight hours.

The filmmaker-host was taken aback by the incident and backed up with Advani, stating that if he was compelled to wait for a conversation on shoes for eight hours, he would bitch-slap too.

On the chat show, Advani, who is rumoured to be dating Sidharth Malhotra, also discussed her romantic relationships and admitted that the two are more than just close friends.

Earlier, during an interaction with Bollywood Hungama, Advani had justified Kabir Singh's actions by saying that it's a love story for her, and the thing about love is that it's the one emotion that can let one forgive someone for certain actions in life. Relationships are incredibly complicated, and it's quite simple for a third party, even her, to advise someone to end a relationship after they have cheated on someone, shown disrespect for another person, or smacked someone. It is a whole different issue for the two people in that relationship, though.

The actor recalled that her character leaves the man after that exaggerated smack from the intermission scene. One overlooks that because one doesn't see it. Her character returns at the very end when he returns to her, which is the exact moment when some people feel she shouldn't have taken him back. Advani believes that's what brought the story to a satisfying conclusion when they face up, and she basically tells him that he f***ed up, but in the end, she caves in because he is the love of her life.
