Koffee With Karan season 7 might have seen Sonam Kapoor come back on the show but it was her brother Arjun Kapoor who stole the show this time. While Sonam has been a part of an epic episode where she spoke about Ranbir Kapoor along with Deepika Padukone, this time it was Arjun Kapoor’s turn. The actor hinted that Ranbir has a drinking problem.

During the rapid fire round, Arjun was asked who would he find drunk at a party. Prompt came Arjun’s answer “Ranbir Kapoor.” It did not stop there. Arjun said, “It is happening quite often these days.” Before one could think about moving on, this actor said, “He’s truly living up to the Kapoor name.”

Many Kapoor family members have been known to enjoy their liquor. Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor was often trolled for being an addict. Rishi gracefully accepted the charges and even gave it back when needed.

Ranbir got married to Alia Bhatt on April 14, 2022. The couple is also expecting a baby already and being trolled for the same.

On the work front, Ranbir was recently seen in Karan Malhotra’s Shamshera opposite Vaani Kapoor. Sanjay Dutt played the antagonist in the period film.

Now, Ranbir is awaiting the release of his movie Brahmastra Part One: Shiva. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this film stars Alia Bhatt as the female lead. It also features Amitabh Bachchan as one of the leads. Nagarjuna, Mouni Roy and Dimple Kapadia are among the actors who will appear in cameos in the film. The movie will also see Shah Rukh Khan in a brief appearance after R. Madhavan’s Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.

On the other hand, Arjun was last seen in Ek Villain Returns. While the film has received mixed reviews, his character particularly is loved by one-and-all.
