Salman Khan Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has one of the highest opening days at the Box Office. The movie is the sixth highest opening film at the Box Office in the post pandemic times. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan was special because it is Salman Khan’s first film releasing only in theatres on Eid after four years.

According to a report on Box Office India, the movie is the sixth highest opening film at the Box Office in the post pandemic times. The movie earned Rs. 14 crores on its opening day.

Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback film Pathaan continues to be the highest opening film post pandemic. The movie made an all-time record by opening with Rs. 55.72 crores.

Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt’s Brahmastra is the second highest post-pandemic opening film. The movie earned Rs. 30.37 crores on day one.

Sooryavanshi, Drishyam 2 and even Ram Setu had a better opening day than Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. They earned Rs. 26.11 crores, Rs. 14.92 crores and Rs. 14.71 crores respectively. It is also to be noted that Sooryavanshi and Ram Setu both released on a national holiday.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has beat Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’s opening day Box Office. The Ranbir Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor starrer earned Rs. 13.78 crores on its opening day. The film also had the added advantage of releasing on a holiday.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Bachchhan Paandey and 83 are the other highest opening films in the post pandemic times. They made it to top 10 at numbers 8, 9 and 10. The movies earned Rs. 13.41 crores, Rs. 12.18 crores and Rs. 11.96 crores at the Box Office on day one. Akshay Kumar’s film also released on a holiday.

Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha and Hrithik Roshan’s Vikram Vedha also did not make it to top 10 opening days. They earned Rs. 11.58 crores and Rs. 10.29 crores on day one respectively.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has received mixed reviews. The film could either do better than day one or take a fall. A lot of the film’s fate depends on how it performs over the weekend.
