Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan minted lesser than Rs 10 crores on Monday
Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan continues to perform well at the Box Office even on Monday. The movie earned Rs. 9.50 crores on its fourth day of release. The drop in the collections is only 30% from its opening day.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan had earned Rs. 13.75 crores on day one. The movie saw a huge boost over the weekend, which was also an Eid holiday. It earned Rs. 24 crores on Saturday and Rs. 24.5 crores on Sunday.
After minting Rs. 9.50 crores, according to a report on Box Office India, the total net collections of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan are at Rs. 71.75 crores. The movie worked excellent in single screens and surprisingly, the multiplexes held up well too.
Mumbai and Kolkata contributed to major Box Office collections for the movie on Monday. On the contrary, there was about 50% drop from East Punjab and NCR which does not include Uttar Pradesh. Interestingly, Maharashtra has performed well. The state did not contribute to major Bollywood films except for Sooryavanshi and Drishyam 2 in the post-pandemic times.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan enjoyed the advantage of Bassi Eid. Many areas in Mumbai and Delhi celebrated the extended festival. Thus, the real test for Salman’s film comes from Wednesday.
The budget for Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is reported at Rs. 150 crores. The movie has reached closer to half the collections and thus, it is on its way to becoming a hit.
Can the movie reach or cross Rs. 150 crores, is the real question. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has a benefit of Bassi Eid till Wednesday. Where the film goes from there, will determine its Box Office run.
