Directed by Rahool Mukherjee, the movie also stars Kharaj Mukherjee, Anjana Basu, Kamaleshwar Mukherjee, June Maliah in pivotal roles, and Rituparna Sengupta, Jisshu Sengupta, Ankush and Srabanti Chatterjee in cameos.
The trailer of the much-awaited romantic flick, Kishmish is out and it manages to hook you up completely with exciting 2D animations and promises to deliver a unique experience through its refreshing storyline. Directed by debutant Rahool Mukherjee, Kishmish has an ensemble cast including actors like Kharaj Mukherjee, Anjana Basu, Kamaleshwar Mukherjee and June Maliah.
The trailer, which was dropped by the makers recently, shows Dev in four different characters from different timelines from age 18 to 45 years. Dev had to lose almost 15 kgs to play the role of a college-goer in the movie.

Rukmini plays Rohini Sen, his love interest. The trailer presents glimpses of her life as well, from a good-looking nerdy college topper to an unhappy bride. The characters speak about the beguiling yet enchanting effects of charming love. Kishmish tells the story of love, longing and much more.
Kishmish marks the debut of music director Nilayan Chatterjee who has managed to create an impactful experience through his scores. The film definitely builds up immense expectation and enough excitement among the fans as Dev and Rukmini are back once again to win their hearts after the 2019 film, Password. Password is a vigilante action thriller film, directed by Kamaleswar Mukherjee. The film also features Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Paoli Dam, Adrit Roy and Trina Saha.
Meanwhile, in Kishmish, Rituparna Sengupta, Jisshu Sengupta, Ankush and Srabanti Chatterjee can be seen playing cameo roles. Kishmish is slated to release on April 29 in theatres.
