We had earlier reported that actor-composer GV Prakash is set to star in the upcoming film Kingston, which is billed to be a sea fantasy adventure film. While updates on the project have not come out much in recent days, the makers of Kingston announced on Sunday that the first look of the film will drop on Monday, January 6, at 6.01 pm.

First look of Kingston to be out soon

Actor and composer GV Prakash is working on multiple projects at the same time. The actor had announced a Tamil film titled Kingston, an ambitious project that will be backed by GV Prakash himself along with Umesh KR Bansal. The new update about the film is that the first look of Kingston will be out on Monday at 6.01 pm.

Kingston is marketed as a sea fantasy adventure film, which will be written and directed by Kamal Prakash. Zee Studios and Parallel Universe Pictures are producing the film. Besides starring and producing it, GV Prakash will also compose the music for Kingston. The film will feature Divya Bharathi as the female lead, marking her second collaboration with GV Prakash after Bachelor, with Antony, Chethan, and Kumaravel also part of the cast. Gokul Benoy will be handling the cinematography, with San Lokesh as the editor.

Where to watch GV Prakash and Divya Bharathi's Bachelor on OTT?

Before Kingston, GV Prakash and Divya Bharathi starred in the 2021 film Bachelor. The romantic courtroom drama is available for streaming on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium app.

Directed by debutant Sathish Selvakumar, the film revolves around a couple who get pregnant before marriage. While the girl decides to keep it much against the boy's wishes, the story shifts to a legal battle between the two. Produced by G.Dillibabu under the banner of Axess Film Factory, Bachelor opened to mixed reviews upon its release. It also featured Munishkanth, Bagavathi Perumal, and others.
