Kichcha 46: Title of Kiccha Sudeep's next to be unveiled on this day?

Kiccha Sudeep and Co. are currently tucked away in the coastal Tamil city of Mahabalipuram for the shooting of Kichcha 46. The development of this untitled project is being closely watched by both industry insiders and fans owing to the hype surrounding it. Also, with Sudeep's previous outing Vikrant Rona not living up to the expectations set prior to its release, one reckons that the actor is raring for success.

It emerged recently that the makers have plunged into work with an intent to shoot for close to 60 days at a stretch. A few well-known journalists, too, reported from the sets that Sudeep is extremely keen on seeing the film arrive in cinemas by the end of this year, although the plan does seem slightly improbable considering the amount of work involved.

And in the same vein, we now hear that the much-awaited title of the project will be unveiled on the actor's upcoming birthday. Sudeep will celebrate his 52nd birthday on September 2 and the latest buzz on social media is that fans will be treated to a title poster on that day. Traditionally, every major actor's birthday is seen as the opportune occasion for a major announcement so one could certainly expect something big on Kiccha Sudeep's upcoming birthday.

In other developments, Samyukta Hornad has been broug ht on board to play a key role in the film. According to recent reports, the well-known Kannada actress has already joined the team in Mahabalipuram and has even begun shooting for her portions. This will be Samyukta's very first project alongside Kiccha Sudeep, though she featured in a special number in the 2018 film The Villain.

But prior to that, Samyukta Hornad will be seen in Toby alongside Raj B. Shetty, Chaithra Achar and others. The promising film, written by Raj and directed by Basil AL Chalakkal, is set to release in theatres on August 25.
