After Four More Shots Please, Prateik Babbar will once again romance Sayani Gupta in the upcoming rom-com titled Khwaabon Ka Jhamela. The film is gearing up for a direct-to-digital release. Directed by Daish Alam, the film also stars Kubbra Sait in an important part and is a fresh take on relationship complications. Set in the backdrop of the UK and India, Khwaabon Ka Jhamela is a fresh take on romantic comedies. According to the trailer, the film revolves around Zubin (Prateik Babbar), who has a knack for numbers and faces rejection when his fiancee Shehnaz (Kubbra Sait) turns down his proposal due to his bedroom blunders. However, his life takes an unexpected twist when he bumps into Ruby (Sayani Gupta), an intimacy coordinator, who decides to help him reconnect with his fiancee by learning the process of intimacy.
Khwaabon Ka Jhamela takes you on a personal growth journey with a twist on love and self-discovery.
Talking about the film, Prateik said in a statement, “Khwaabon Ka Jhamela is a light hearted feel good rom-com, a genre I’ve never really had the opportunity to explore, rom-coms are a reminder that while life doesn’t always add up, love and friendship always makes it worthwhile."
The film is bankrolled by Baweja Studios, Jio Studios, Jyoti Deshpande, Pammi Baweja, Harman Baweja, and Vicky Bahri. Starring Prateik Babbar Kubbra Sait, and Sayani Gupta as the leading trio, the romantic comedy is directed by Danish Aslam.
