Kharaj Mukherjee is an acclaimed actor in the Bengali entertainment industry. Recently, his performance in Boglamama Jug Jug Jio and Shibpur won the hearts of viewers and critics alike. Sources say that he might soon act in Hindi films once again. In fact, the actor may shoot for two Hindi films at the beginning of this year.

Director Subhas Kapur came to the limelight with his franchise, Jolly LLB. The director is preparing for the third film in the franchise. Arshad Warsi played the titular role in the first film. Akshay Kumar replaced him in the second film. It is heard that Akshay and Arshad will both be in the third film. The film will send a message on some social issues on the cover of comedy, just like the previous two films. A report by Anandabazar Online says that the director phoned Kharaj and offered him an important role. Kharaj accepted the offer. The shooting will take place within a few months outside Kolkata.
Also, the shooting of the film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 may take place in Kolkata in March or April. Kharaj is playing a key role in the film, directed by Anis Bajmee. Some more Tollywood actors auditioned for the film, but it is not yet clear who all got the final break.
People last year saw Kharaj's acting in Hindi series like Toothpari and the film Mission Raniganj. It remains to see what surprise he gives to the audience with the upcoming films.
