Khadaan: Dev and his team visit Asansol for recce

Dev announced his new film, Khadaan, on January 1. Now he went for location recce for his film. Meanwhile, he is busy with the shooting of Srijit Mukherji's Tekka. Amidst his busy schedule, he went to Asansol with his team on Tuesday morning.

Khadaan deals with the social life and politics of the coal mining areas. It was heard that the shooting could take place in a mining area. Dev is always present for his film's reiki and this time was no exception. He wore a yellow jacket, cargo trousers, and sunglasses. He roamed in the Khadaan areas and the rail areas. He was supposed to come back on the same day.

Last year, Dev stunned the audience as Byomkesh in the film Byomkesh O Durgo Rohosyo. Then he did Bagha Jatin and Pradhan. The latter became a big hit. Dev referred to Khadaan as his dream project. It was hinted that Dev's look and pronunciation would be a surprise. Idhika Pal will pair up with Dev. It is also heard that Jisshu Sengupta and Bonnie Sengupta can be in the film. The shooting is supposed to start in March or April.
