Keke Palmer accuses ex Darius Jackson of domestic abuse, also files for restraining order

Keke Palmer has accused her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson of multiple charges of abuse. She has requested for the sole custody of their son and a restraining order against him.

Actress, talk show host, artist, author, Keke Palmer has filed a case of domestic violence against her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson. She has also requested a restraining order and sole custody of their son Leodis. On November 9, LA County Superior Court judge Wendy L. Wilcox issued a temporary order against it till the hearing on December 5.

The incident that triggered the change for Keke Palmer

In her court documents, Palmer has stated that the most recent incident took place on Nov 5, when Jackson forcefully entered her house and began to demand to take his son, eight-month-old baby Leodis to a football game. On refusing, Jackson began to threaten and physically attack her.

He knocked her over, pinned her down and stole her phone away when she tried to call the police. He also nearly ran her over while trying to flee with her phone. She claimed possession of proper video evidence as well, thanks to her home surveillance video system.

Previous abusive incidents between Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson

In previous incidents, he has destroyed her private property, her prescription glasses, and ruined her diaries. In another bad incident in 2022, when Keke Palmer had shown a bikini picture of hers to demonstrate her workout progress result, he slammed her onto the floor and slapped her black and blue. The next morning, he proceeded to verbally abuse her before grabbing her by the neck and slamming her back into the staircase. The actress has claimed video evidence of these incidents.

Darius Jackson also began getting rough with their baby, hitting and abusing her around their son, calling the actress names. He also kept gaslighting and love bombing her, behaving jealously, irrationally, and distantly at times. Palmer has also claimed in her filing that Jackson possessed a handgun and had previously threatened to kill himself if she left him.
