KBC 14 promo: This responsible, yet mischievous young contestant’s heartwarming wish moves Amitabh Bachchan, watch

It’s Juniors week on Kaun Banega Crorepati, and Vedanta Sharma is one of the many bright youngsters who graced the hotseat.

Age is no bar on Kaun Banega Crorepati, where anyone with a thirst for knowledge can get a chance to put their skills to the test and earn big in the process. The latest season of the popular quiz show continues the tradition, even devoting an entire segment especially for the promising young minds of the country so that their brimming potential gets an apt platform. The upcoming episodes of Kaun Banega Crorepati season 14 will be dedicated to bringing young contestants to the hot seat and Vedanta Sharma was one of them.

A new promo for the upcoming episode of KBC Junior introduces viewers to Vedanta, an 11 year old from Jharkhand who is an avid computer gamer. The young man, affectionately called Booboo by his loved ones, quickly earned the favour of Big B when the former unabashedly declared how much he loathed the nickname. His mischievous nature does not stop him from being a loving and responsible brother to his autistic brother. When asked what superpower he wants to have, Vedanta declares that he wants to help his brother, much to the pride of the boys’ teary eyed father.

The promo shared by Sony TV was captioned “Bachpan ka natkhat swabhav aur samajhdaari lekar KBC ke manch par aa rahe hain #VedantaSharma!”

Vedanta also had another cheeky answer to the question of what he would do if he was a superhero. The young man remarked that he would turn into the computer, memorise the answers and come back to the hot seat.

The hot seat this week will welcome a number of other junior crorepati hopefuls as well. Each promise to delight viewers with their charming and bubbly personality, and their vibrant personalities even seemed to parallel that of Big B’s.
