Kay Kay Menon's new web series Murshid is finally out on streaming. Directed by Shravan Tiwari, the web show is a gangster drama set in Mumbai. In the ZEE5 show, Kay Kay Menon essays the character of a mafia don Murshid Pathan while Zakir Hussain plays his former rival Farid. As for their co-star Tanuj Virwani, the actor is seen as Inspector Kumar Pratap Rana in the action-thriller. The latest promo of the series features Kay Kay Menon exuding swag as Murshid Pathan.

ZEE5 dropped a new gripping promo of Murshid on Instagram. The clip begins with Kay Kay Menon as Murshid Pathan saying, "Jo main soch raha hoon, jo kar raha hoon aur jo karne wala hoon - ye tere soch samaj ke dayre ke bahar ka maamla hain." The promo continues with Kumar Pratap Rana telling Murshid that it won't be easy to deal with Farid, the biggest mafia don. Take a look at it below:

Sharing this promo on IG, the streaming platform wrote, "Intezar khatam! Murshid Pathan se milne ka waqt aa gaya hai, underworld ki gehraiyon mein jaane ke liye taiyaar ho jao! Murshid streaming now, only on ZEE5 (sic)."

For the uninitiated, Murshid premiered today on ZEE5 (August 30). You can also watch the gangster drama series with your OTTplay Premium subscription. Meanwhile, in an official statement, Kay Kay spoke about playing the titular role in the series.
