Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan top list of most searched Asians in Google mid-year 2022 among Bollywood actors

Both of them are at seventh and eleventh positions respectively

Google has released the mid-year list of most searched Asian celebrities across the world. Popular K-pop star V emerged numero uno in the list while the celeb who holds the highest position among Indians is the late rapper Sidhu Moose Wala at third position. Late legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar stands at fifth position.

Among Bollywood actors, Katrina Kaif at seventh position is the most popular celebrity from the film industry while Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra managed to settle at eighth and ninth positions respectively.

Salman Khan is at 11th position, followed by Shah Rukh Khan at 12th in the list. Among south actors, Kajal Aggarwal bags the top position; the actress who became a mom recently holds 15th position in the coveted list. At 19th position, Allu Arjun stands tall as the popular male south actor closely followed by Vijay in 22nd position.

The latter is the popular male Tamil actor followed by Dhanush, Suriya and Rajinikanth at 61st, 63rd and 77th positions respectively. Akshay Kumar at 25, Aishwarya Rai at 26, Deepika Padukone at 28, Ranbir Kapoor at 31, Amitabh Bachchan at 36, Hrithik Roshan at 41, Aamir Khan at 42, Ajay Devgn at 52 and Kangana Ranaut at 71 are a few other B'town stars who managed to find places in the list.

Following Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu managed to secure second position among Tollywood stars at 47th position. Ram Charan, Jr NTR and Prabhas are at 53rd, 58th and 68th positions respectively.

At 10th position, Virat Kohli is the most popular Indian cricketer followed by Mahendra Singh Dhoni at 32nd, Rohit Sharma at 43rd, Sachin Tendulkar at 65th, KL Rahul at 67th and Hardik Pandya at 72nd positions. Interestingly, Sushant Singh Rajput and Sridevi are at 73rd and 75th positions in the list.
