Kartik Aaryan has commenced shooting for his next project, SatyaPrem Ki Katha. The actor was seen praying to Lord Ganesha as he began shooting for the film. He was seen praying next to his pet doggo, Katori.

Kartik has started shooting for SatyaPrem Ki Katha just a few days after Ganesh Chaturthi. He shared a photo of him with his poodle, Katori.

While Kartik stood and prayed to Lord Ganesha, Katori lay on the grey carpet right behind him. The actor shared the picture and captioned it ‘Shubhaarambh (auspicious beginning).’

SatyaPrem Ki Katha stars Kiara Advani as the female lead. This is the second time when Kiara and Kartik work together. They delivered the superhit Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 recently. Their upcoming movie is a romantic musical. It is touted to release in theatres in June, 2023.

Apart from SatyaPrem Ki Katha, Kartik also has Shehzada in his kitty. That movie also sees him pair up with Kriti Sanon after their much-loved film, Luka Chhupi. Shehzada is reportedly the Hindi adaptation of Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.

Kartik also has Freddy with Alaya F in his kitty. The actor is also a part of Hansal Mehta’s Captain India.

The actor recently made headlines for his statement on failure. Being an outsider in the industry, Kartik feared being written off if he delivered one flop. “If I make a mistake or have a flop, I just want that the directors shouldn’t remove me from other projects,” Kartik told Film Companion.

Apart from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik received immense praises for his role in his Netflix film, Dhamaka. The actor is currently switching between Shehzada and SatyaPrem Ki Katha shoot.
