Japan underperforms at the box office
Karthi’s 25th film Japan, which released on November 10, unfortunately turned out to be a box office failure. Despite director Raju Murugan’s attempt to create a unique heist comedy drama with Karthi portraying a quirky character, the story failed to connect with the audience. This lack of audience appeal is the primary reason behind Japan’s disappointing performance at the box office.
